About The Position
Hosparus Health is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. The CNA will be responsible for providing personal care and minimal homemaker services to hospice patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or long-term care facilities. Services will be delivered according to Hosparus Health policies and the CNA plan of care. The role also involves participating in the development of policies and procedures for hospice care. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on patients and their families by creating more moments together.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of personal care to hospice patients.
- Provision of minimal homemaker services to promote a safe and clean patient environment.
- Services provided based on Hosparus Health policies and the CNA plan of care.
- Participation in the development of policies and procedures that guide the provision of hospice care.
