About The Position
Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time night-shift position at Gateway Rehab in Florence, Kentucky. The 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital serves people recovering from disabilities caused by injuries or illnesses, helping them regain physical or cognitive abilities and return home with greater independence. The hospital describes its environment as fast-paced and friendly, with opportunities to get to know patients and their families. The role offers 12-hour shifts and a $3,500 bonus opportunity under the 2026 rates. The Certified Nursing Assistant assists licensed nursing personnel with patient care. This includes providing and documenting activities of daily living, personal hygiene and grooming, and maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment. The role also uses basic infection-control procedures and basic nutrition and fluid-intake skills, and requires recognizing and responding to emergency situations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of experience as a Nurse Aide; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant, as applicable in the state of employment.
- BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required within six months of hire.
- Ability to project a professional image.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
- Must be free from illegal drug use and the effects of drug and alcohol use in the workplace.

- Acute care or LTAC experience preferred.
