About The Position

Provides in-home personal care and support to clients under the supervision of and in collaboration with the Care Team Manager and Client Care Manager. Assists with daily living needs, monitors basic health indicators, and helps maintain a safe, comfortable home environment. An active South Carolina CNA license is required.

Requirements

• Active South Carolina CNA license.
• One year of experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and companionship skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Support mobility, including transfers, ambulation, and exercises.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and simple meal preparation.
