Well-Spring, A Life Plan Community in Greensboro, NC, is seeking Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the 1st shift in their Healthcare department. Requirements
- Active North Carolina CNA certification in good standing
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide training program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide personal care and mobility assistance
- Observe, report, and document resident care
