About The Position
Maine Veterans’ Homes is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care to Veterans and their families. The role offers a consistent 4-on / 2-off rotating schedule and the opportunity to build specialized experience in long-term care within a supportive, mission-driven team. Pay is competitive and based on experience. The position works the 1st shift, from 5:45 AM to 2:15 PM.
Requirements
- Must be active and in good standing on the Maine CNA registry.
- Ability and willingness to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, staff, supervisors, residents, and their families.
- Must be able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
- Basic computer skills.
