About The Position
WesleyLife is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents and help improve the aging experience. The CNA assists residents with personal care and daily activities, provides companionship and emotional support, monitors health and administers medications, and encourages participation in activities. The role also involves maintaining a safe, clean environment and communicating with residents, families, and care teams. A full-time first-shift opening is listed. The starting pay rate is based on years of experience. Candidates must hold a State of Iowa CNA license. The pre-hire screening process includes a health assessment and a four-panel drug screen.
