About The Position

Aster Place Assisted Living is seeking a Memory Care Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in a warm, supportive, homelike environment. The CNA helps with activities of daily living and provides companionship and reassurance, while promoting each resident’s dignity, respect, well-being, and individualized attention. The role involves working with nursing and facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care and demonstrating the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
