About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The CNA delivers and assists residents with daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activities and social programs, and routine activities, in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. The CNA provides basic nursing care within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities and performs basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.

Requirements

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing in the state of practice.
Passion for working with seniors.
Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
Professional image in appearance and behavior.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in an LTC, SNF, AL, or MC setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver and assist residents with daily needs, including personal care.
Prepare residents for activities and social programs and assist with routine activities.
Provide basic nursing care within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities.
Perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.
Follow accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
