Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
About The Position
Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center, part of the Volare Health family, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling. The listed opening is one full-time evening position, Sunday through Thursday. Compensation is $23.45–$30.17 per hour, depending on experience (DOE). The role focuses on residents’ comfort and essential daily care, including assistance with personal care and mobility, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining clean, comfortable living spaces. New nurses may participate in a three-month Long Term Care New Nurse Residency featuring the Geri-Res residency curriculum and structured onsite mentorship.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
- Recent education or clinical hours.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail.
- Compassion, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
Responsibilities
- Provide comfort and essential daily care for residents.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Help maintain clean and comfortable living spaces.
- Provide a caring presence to residents.
