About The Position
Miller's Health Systems is an employee-owned company that has provided care to Indiana families since 1964. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides basic care to patients and assists them with daily activities. The CNA observes patients for changes and promptly reports them to the nursing team, and collects and records information relevant to patients' conditions and treatment. The position may also serve as a first step toward a nursing career.
Requirements
- Be certified in the State of Indiana.
- Meet the basic qualifications set forth by the Indiana Department of Health, including the ability to read, write, and perform simple mathematics such as addition and subtraction.
- Successfully complete the Basic Aide Training Course.
- Satisfactorily pass the physical examination administered for gainful employment at the facility.
- Be passionate about serving others.
- Be able to work with a dedicated team.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior.
Responsibilities
