About The Position
Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina. The facility prides itself on its long-tenured team, fostering a stable and supportive work environment. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide hands-on care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety while collaborating with a care team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional care to residents and making a meaningful difference in their daily lives.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Active, unencumbered CNA certification in South Carolina (required)

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Follow individualized care plans
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
