About The Position
Harrington Park Health & Rehab is hiring a part-time, day-shift Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect. The CNA builds meaningful relationships with residents and provides compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive, non-profit, mission-driven organization. The role involves working with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care and help maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for residents, families, and team members. The listed starting pay is $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. Pay is weekly.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia or eligibility for certification.
- A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
- Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
