About The Position
Camellia Health & Rehab is hiring a part-time, day-shift Certified Nursing Assistant. The CNA supports residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, provides patient-centered care, and builds meaningful relationships with residents. The role works with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to provide care in a supportive, mission-driven, non-profit organization.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia, or eligibility to obtain it.
- A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
Nice To Haves
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
- Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
