Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
About The Position
Agape Care Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. The CNA assists patients with daily activities, monitors their conditions, and reports changes to the care team. The role also helps maintain a safe, clean, odor-free environment through daily rounds, waste collection, general cleaning, and laundry services. CNAs support patients’ families with love and compassion throughout their health care journeys. Team members have access to a supportive leadership team and professional development opportunities, with room for advancement. Pay is determined by years of experience and location.
Requirements
- Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant.
- At least 1 year of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently.
- Ability to lift at least 80–100 pounds and effectively bear the weight of an average adult.
- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities.
