About The Position

Riverside Home Health & Hospice is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hospice care in patients’ homes in Southern Oregon, including Medford, Grants Pass, and surrounding areas. The role centers on compassionate, hands-on personal care and helping patients maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life. CNAs support patients and families during meaningful and emotional moments, help patients remain safely at home, and serve as the eyes and ears of the care team by observing and communicating changes in condition. The position requires working independently in the field and approaching care with patience, dependability, kindness, and respect.

Requirements

• Current Oregon CNA license.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility and range-of-motion exercises.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Report changes in a patient’s condition to the nurse or case manager.
• Support patients and families with compassion and respect.
