About The Position

Benedictine is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA-NAR) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. The role supports residents’ dignity, respect, and personal choices while contributing to a comforting and empowering culture for residents and team members.

Requirements

• Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Hold BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care.
• Report changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN.
• Chart in the POC system.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks.
