About The Position
Greenville Post Acute (GPA) is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety. GPA is known for its unique culture, prime location, and long-tenured team, operating under the mission to C.A.R.E. (Care, Achieve, Respect, Educate). This role is part of a collaborative care team.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Active, unencumbered CNA certification in South Carolina (required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for an underserved population
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Follow individualized care plans
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
