Certified Nursing Assistant CNA FT 10000 Bonus
About The Position
Baptist Health & Rehab, a Cassia community, is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to help residents maintain independence through personal care, daily living activities, and treatments. The CNA documents care, supports prescribed activity programs, and reports changes in residents’ condition to the RN. The role offers day or night shifts, with listed schedules of 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. The wage starts at $22.33 per hour, depending on experience, and the position advertises a $10,000 bonus. Baptist Health & Rehab is a 140-bed senior care campus. Requirements
- Current North Dakota Nursing Assistant certification.
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
- Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
- Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse according to the individualized care plan.
- Take and record residents’ temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse, and respiration as instructed, and report changes or concerns to the RN.
- Document services performed using a computerized charting system.
- Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
- Observe residents and report changes in physical or emotional condition, including changes in attitude, reaction, or appetite, to the supervisor.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
