About The Position
Seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) assignment. The CNA will provide direct patient care and assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills and experience caring for geriatric and long-term care patients.
Requirements
- 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required
- Active CNA certification required
- BLS certification required
- Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) required
- Experience taking and documenting vital signs required
- Knowledge of infection prevention and safety protocols required
- Ability to safely transfer and reposition patients required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred
