About The Position

Requirements
- Active LPN License.
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable travel experience required.
- BLS Certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Dementia care preferred.
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) charting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Provide nursing care for LTC, rehabilitation, and dementia residents.
- Maintain accurate documentation using PointClickCare (PCC).
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
