About The Position
Tryfacta is seeking a CNA LTC for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16-week contract assignment. The work schedule is Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:15) with guaranteed hours of 36 and every other weekend work required.
Requirements
- Current and valid CNA license in NY- No License hits allowed
- BLS/CPR certified
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
Responsibilities
- Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitoring and recording vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
- Helping patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure comfort and safety
- Providing compassionate patient care and emotional support
- Assisting nurses and healthcare staff with patient procedures and treatments
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting care provided
- Ensuring patient rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Observing and reporting changes in patients' physical or mental condition to nursing staff
- Following infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times
- Assisting with meal distribution and monitoring patients' food and fluid intake
