About The Position
Professional Case Management, a leader in home healthcare, is hiring CNAs (PRN, Part-time & Fulltime) to provide in-home healthcare services to help those who have served our country. This role offers the benefit of one-on-one patient relationships and the satisfaction of enhancing clients’ health, quality of life, and peace of mind. The position allows for flexible scheduling, accommodating school, travel, volunteering, or family activities. Specific hours are available on Mondays and Thursdays from 11 am to 3 pm.
Requirements
- Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Skilled Transfers
- Experience in Vital Signs monitoring
- Experience in Timely and Accurate Documentation
- Experience in Range of Motion assistance
- Experience in all activities of daily living including light duty housekeeping, meal preparation and patient hygiene
- Willingness to train
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home healthcare services
