About The Position

Executive Home Care is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Omaha, Nebraska, to provide personalized, non-medical care to seniors with dementia and age-related conditions. The role supports clients in maintaining their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 20 years old.
• Active CNA license.
• English communication skills sufficient for client care and team coordination.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform essential caregiving duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with the care team.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Compassion, reliability, and professionalism.
• Smartphone compatible with the WellSky app for timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support clients’ daily routines.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands and transportation.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with safe transfers.
• Document care provided and report changes or concerns.
