CNA Certified Nursing Assistant (DAY SHIFT)
About The Position
The CNA performs basic nursing care procedures under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse. The role follows treatment plans designed to meet the age, needs, and abilities of each resident or patient. Duties include assisting with meals and nourishment, transfers using proper body mechanics and appropriate assistive devices, ambulation, bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming. The position is at Masonicare Health Center, a 260-bed skilled nursing facility in Wallingford, Connecticut. Requirements
- Current Connecticut certification as a nurse's aide (C.N.A.).
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
