About The Position

Agape Care Group is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its Lexington Community Hospice House. This is a full-time day-shift position, with hours from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The CNA assists patients with daily activities, monitors their conditions, and reports changes to the care team. The role also involves supporting patients’ families with compassion throughout their health care journeys. Requirements

Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant.
Have at least 1 year of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
Have reliable transportation.
Be able to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently.
Be able to lift at least 80–100 pounds and effectively bear the weight of an average adult.
Have a heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
