About The Position

Executive Home Care is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant in Omaha, Nebraska, to provide personalized, non-medical in-home care to seniors with dementia and age-related conditions. The CNA helps clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life while assisting with everyday living in the comfort of their homes. Healthcare experience is not necessary, and training is provided. The role involves direct client care, companionship, support with daily routines, and coordination with the care team. Compensation is $17.00–$19.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 20 years of age.
Active CNA license.
English communication skills sufficient for client care and team coordination.
Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Ability to perform essential caregiving duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with the care team.
Successful completion of a background check.
Compassion, reliability, and professionalism.
Smartphone compatible with the WellSky app for timekeeping.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and support clients’ daily routines.
Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands and transportation.
Provide medication reminders and assist with safe transfers.
Document care provided and report changes or concerns.
Follow client care plans and work collaboratively with the care team.
