About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care to patients. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and medication management, while providing ongoing support and monitoring. The successful candidate will communicate effectively and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedules.
• Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Health Care Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Assist with medication management and administration as directed by a healthcare professional.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to the appropriate staff member.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
