About The Position

White Oak Manor York is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant for the second shift, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., at its 109-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in York, South Carolina. The facility welcomes both new and experienced CNAs who are kind, compassionate, and caring and enjoy working in a positive, supportive, team-oriented environment. Experience as a CNA; both new and experienced CNAs are welcome.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
Observe residents and report changes in their condition to the nurse.
Support resident mobility and assist with transfers and ambulation.
Follow care plans and physician and nursing instructions.
Follow infection control procedures, including hand hygiene and proper use of personal protective equipment.
Document resident care accurately and promptly in clinical records.
Assist residents with meals and hydration as needed.
