Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Observe residents and report changes in their condition to the nurse.
• Provide mobility support and assist residents with transfers and ambulation.
• Follow care plans and physician and nursing instructions.
• Support infection control procedures, including hand hygiene and proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Document resident care accurately and promptly in clinical records.
• Assist with meals and hydration as needed.
