About The Position

The NAR/Care Specialist provides direct care to residents to support their highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being through quality care. The position is listed at $22.60–$25.00 per hour, with a $750 sign-on bonus paid in four installments during the first year of employment. The shift is 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m., and the position is listed as 0.2 AM.

Requirements

• Current certification through the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry is required.
