About The Position

The NAR/Care Specialist provides direct care to residents to support their highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being through quality care. The role is listed for a 2:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m. shift at 0.3 PM hours. The wage range is $22.60–$25.00 per hour. A $750 sign-on bonus is paid in four installments during the first year of employment. Sholom is a mission-driven nonprofit senior care provider in the Twin Cities, offering services including independent living, assisted living, memory care, hospice, and home care. Requirements

Current certification through the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
