About The Position

Thrive USA Home Care seeks Home Health Aides/Certified Nursing Assistants to assist clients with daily activities in its service areas. The role offers flexible scheduling, with the ability to work as little or as much as desired. Candidates must be willing to travel throughout the service area to cover shifts; additional locations may be added as the company expands. The position requires background checks and current CPR and First Aid certification. Necessary personal protective equipment is provided for safety. Compensation is $21 to $22 per hour. Requirements

Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Be at least 18 years old.
Pass a background check.
Have a high school degree or GED.
Have current CPR and First Aid certification.
Complete a TB/PPD test.
Have a valid driver's license, a vehicle, and current vehicle insurance.
Be able to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for periods of time.
Be able to travel within the service areas.
Be able to give and receive information orally, electronically, and over the phone.
Be able to adequately document care plans in the patient care portal.

Responsibilities

Be available to cover weekly shifts.
Drive throughout the service area to cover shifts and travel to additional locations as needed.
Deliver services according to a person-centered service plan, including ambulation and transfers, bathing assistance, dressing and grooming, and meal preparation.
Document care plans in the patient care portal.
