About The Position

St. Paul's is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for its assisted living community in South Bend, IN. St. Paul's is a member of Trinity Health Senior Communities (THSC), a large Catholic healthcare system with over 40 communities across multiple states. The role involves providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising daily nursing activities performed by shift staff, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local standards under the guidance of the Director of Nursing or Clinical Care Coordinator to maintain high-quality care.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing shift staff.
• Ensure care is provided in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Maintain the highest degree of quality of care at all times.
