Marquette is loving for a passionate Certified Nursing Aide to work in our Assisted Living and or Memory Care Unit . The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists the licensed and nursing staff by performing routine customer service and nursing care tasks appropriate for delegation to a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Requirements
- Current Indiana CNA certification
- Graduate of a state-approved CNA training program
- Passion for providing exceptional care and service to seniors
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and resident care
Responsibilities
- Answering resident call lights promptly
- Assists with obtaining and providing meals
- Setting up meals
- Providing hydration
- Assists with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care, eating, transfers, and other necessary tasks for safety and well-being directed by the Charge Nurse.
