About The Position
St. Paul's is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for its assisted living community in South Bend, IN. St. Paul's is a member of Trinity Health Senior Communities (THSC), a large Catholic healthcare system with over 40 communities across multiple states. The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and to supervise the daily nursing activities performed by shift staff, ensuring the highest quality of care is maintained in accordance with all applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing shift staff.
- Ensure that the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
