About The Position

Allcare Home Health Agency is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality, personalized in-home care. The locally owned and operated agency serves clients in home and community environments, as well as long-term care facilities and assisted living communities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with shifts available from 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM. The position is advertised as starting as soon as possible.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina CNA certification.
• Current TB test.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
• Check vital signs.
