About The Position

The Belmont at Twin Creeks is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on patient care in a skilled nursing setting. The CNA assists with activities of daily living and helps ensure patients’ safety, comfort, dignity, and independence. The position is listed as full time at the Allen, Texas location, with shifts from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and a patient-first mindset.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques.
• Monitor and observe patients and report changes in condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Accurately document patient care and daily activities in accordance with regulations.
• Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment.
• Ensure medical equipment and devices are clean, charged, and functioning properly.
• Participate in shift handoffs, team communication, and ongoing training.
• Follow state, federal, and facility policies and procedures.
• Promote patient dignity, independence, and safety.
