About The Position
Treutlen County Health & Rehab is hiring a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant for night shifts. The CNA supports residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, provides compassionate, patient-centered care, and builds meaningful relationships with residents. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, and positioning; monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions; maintaining a clean and safe environment; and working with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to provide quality care. Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain it.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Support resident mobility, transfers, and positioning.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
