About The Position

Treutlen County Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. The role involves supporting residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, building meaningful relationships, and working with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care. This is a PRN night position with a starting pay range of $17.63 to $18.68 per hour. Evening, night, and weekend shift differentials are available, and employees are paid weekly.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain it.
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
