About The Position

Greene Point Health & Rehab is hiring a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift. The role provides compassionate, patient-centered care and supports residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect. CNAs build meaningful relationships with residents and work alongside nurses and interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional care in a supportive, mission-driven, non-profit organization.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia or eligibility to obtain it.
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Prior long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
