Float FT CNA NAC able to work day and evening shifts
About The Position
Bethany of the Northwest is seeking a Float Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/NAC) to provide quality nursing care to residents across three skilled nursing facilities in Everett, Washington. The position follows a flexible, changing weekly schedule based on facility needs and requires availability to work both day and evening shifts and all days of the week without restrictions. The CNA implements specific procedures and programs, coordinates work within the department and with other departments, reports relevant information to the immediate supervisor, responds to inquiries, and assists the supervisor with tasks that support department operations. Bethany of the Northwest provides skilled and sub-acute nursing, assisted living, and home health services for elderly and disabled people in its Everett locations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Completion of a Washington state-approved CNA certification training course.
- Current American Heart Association CPR certification.
- At least one year of experience as a CNA.
- Ability to work independently and with direction.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Good communication skills and bedside manner, with a compassionate personality.
- Up-to-date identification.
- Basic computer skills.
- Availability to work day and evening shifts and all days of the week without restrictions.
