About The Position
ComForCare is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one home care in Greeley, Colorado, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on caring for one client at a time and building meaningful relationships. Pay is $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience. Flexible shifts are available on days, evenings, and weekends, with full-time and part-time schedules. Benefits are available for employees working 30 or more hours per week.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Colorado.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Patient, dependable, and caring, with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.
- Assist clients with transfers and walking, and help prevent falls.
- Take vital signs and report changes in condition to the RN Case Manager.
- Provide medication reminders to help clients stay on schedule.
- Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and run errands.
- Provide conversation, encouragement, and emotional support.
- Record care notes accurately and on time.
