About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistants work alongside fellow caregivers to provide residents with daily nursing care and services based on each resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents. The position is located at Cumberland Pointe Health Campus in West Lafayette, Indiana.

Requirements

• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED/HSE.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
