About The Position

Roadrunner Home Healthcare is a nurse-owned, nurse-led agency dedicated to delivering exceptional in-home care throughout New Mexico. As we continue to grow, we're looking for caring, dependable CNAs who are passionate about helping others maintain their independence, comfort, and dignity in the place they call home. As a CNA, you'll provide hands-on support and compassionate care to clients in their homes while working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Requirements

• Active New Mexico CNA Certification (Required)
• Current CPR Certification or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Professional, compassionate, and dependable work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Home healthcare experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding when needed
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Performing light housekeeping related to patient care
• Observing and reporting changes in patient condition
• Maintaining accurate documentation and communication
• Following infection control and safety standards
• Traveling to assigned patient homes within your service area
