About The Position

Emplify Health is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for its Medical Specialty Psychiatric Unit. The CNA provides compassionate care to patients with dementia, cognitive disorders, behavioral health conditions, and other medical diagnoses. This position is 0.9 FTE, scheduled for 36 hours weekly (72 hours biweekly), with 12-hour rotating day and night shifts. The role includes working every third weekend and three holidays per year.

Requirements

• Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers certification, including hands-on learning, from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients with dementia, cognitive disorders, behavioral health conditions, and other medical diagnoses.
• Work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.
• Work every third weekend and three holidays per year.
