About The Position

Foothills Retirement Community is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in a warm, homelike environment. The position is full-time, working 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with alternating weekends and three-day workweeks. Pay is issued weekly. The role is part of Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina (PCSC), whose mission is to enrich the lives of seniors and team members through Relationships, Teamwork, Service, Excellence, and Stewardship.

The CNA provides hands-on assistance with daily living activities, follows individualized care plans, monitors and reports changes in residents’ health, and helps maintain a clean, safe, DHEC-compliant living space. The CNA works with nurses, families, and the care team while maintaining documentation and safety standards. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
• CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Create a warm, homelike environment.

• Work closely with nurses, families, and the care team.
