About The Position

Cura of Le Sueur is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join its nursing team. CNAs provide hands-on support with residents’ daily needs, companionship, and encouragement while helping maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and providing safe, consistent, individualized care in a positive and supportive environment. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available.

Requirements

Active Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry status in good standing.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care.
Ability to prioritize resident needs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must meet applicable background study and employment requirements.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals.
Help residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning using appropriate safety procedures.
Observe and communicate changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.
Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Collaborate with nursing staff to provide safe, consistent, and individualized care.
Help create a welcoming, comfortable, and respectful facility environment.
