About The Position

Stratford Commons Memory Care Community, part of Tutera Senior Living and Health Care, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. This role involves delivering care and assisting residents with their daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activities, and routine tasks. The CNA will provide basic nursing care and perform basic nursing procedures under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Requirements

A fire and passion for working with seniors
A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver and assist residents with daily needs, including personal care.
Prepare residents for activity and social programs.
Perform routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
Provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities.
Perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.
