Requirements

  • A current, valid California CNA Certification is required.
  • Reliability to maintain a consistent 4/2 rotation.
  • A genuine heart for senior care and a desire to improve the lives of others every day.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality daily care, ensuring the comfort, safety, and dignity of every resident.
  • Carry out specific care programs and procedures as directed by nursing leadership.
  • Be the "eyes and ears" of the team—monitor resident conditions and report any changes to supervisors immediately.
  • Act as a friendly, empathetic point of contact for residents and their families.
