About The Position
Townsend Park Health & Rehab is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a non-profit, mission-driven health and rehabilitation setting. The CNA will support residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, build meaningful relationships, and work with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care. This role is for the night shift and pays $18.71 to $21.00 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends and weekly pay. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Georgia, or eligibility for certification.
- A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

- Prior long-term care experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Support resident mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
- Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
